3.5 Conduct

3.6 Compliance with Laws

  • Tradespeople must comply with UK laws, health and safety requirements, and licensing obligations.
  • ServiceTasker is not responsible for tradespeople operating without proper licences because we check and update their licence at the beginning, but they may expire or become invalid for several reasons, so you must verify them with the tradespeople before hiring.

3.7 Cancellations

  • Tradespeople should avoid cancelling accepted jobs without valid reasons.
  • Frequent cancellations may result in reduced visibility or suspension.
